My research interests focus on the molecular events underlying chronic inflammatory disorders, as I find it very interesting and promising. I have expertise in induction of arthritis in Wistar rat by collagen induced arthritis as well as by adjuvant induced arthritis.

Specialties
Surgical: Induction of arthritis by Collagen induced arthritis and Adjuvant induced arthritis in Wistar rat, identification and Removal of different parts of rat like brain, kidney, joints.

Molecular Biology: Electrophoresis (PAGE, Agarose) DNA, RNA, Protein isolation, Protein expression (Western blotting).

Elisa Plate reader: For estimation of cytokines.

Animal handling: Efficient in animal handling especially mice (Swiss Albino mice), rats (Wistar rats).
