Summary:
Dr. Nakai is an Associate Professor of Child Development Research Center, University of Fukui, and Department of Child and Adolescent Psychological Medicine, University of Fukui Hospital. He received M.D. in 1986 and Ph.D. in 1991, from Fukui Medical University. He studied the brain imaging of serotonin synthesis in McConnell Brain Imaging Centre, Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University, Canada from 1998 to 2000. He is the council of The Japanese Society of Child Neurology. He is also the representative committee from Japan of the International Society for Research into DCD. He proceeds the several international collaborative studies of DCD with Canada, the Netherlands, Israel, and UK.
